Sirpa Tenhunen is an academy research fellow at the Academy of Finland and the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology, University of Helsinki. With Lina Fruzzetti, she co-edited Culture, Power and Agency: Gender in Indian Ethnography (Stree, 2006).
